Hello dear friends. Thank you all for your readership and friendship over the past couple of years! This blog started in a quaint English village and followed our move to the United States last fall. Since then we have been settling in here in Indiana. I never felt like our new life really fitted this blog, and so I stopped posting for a while.
In the meantime we bought a homestead - 80 acres of prime Indiana farm and woodland with a 150 year old farmhouse, three barns, a lake and an orchard! I decided that this new life warrants a new writing project, and so I have started Swanky Homestead - a blog about our new life as modern homesteaders trying to bring a little style to farm life!
